Refund Policy

At Anarchel Travel, we aim to provide excellent travel experiences. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for bookings made through our services.

1. General Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party service providers. Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Type of service booked

  • Time of cancellation

  • Supplier refund rules

  • Administrative and processing fees

 

2. Cancellation by the Customer

a. Flights

  • Refunds for flights are governed by the airline’s fare rules.

  • Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded.

  • If refundable, airline penalties and service fees may apply.

b. Hotels & Accommodation

  • Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in no refund.

c. Tours, Packages & Activities

  • Cancellations made 120 days or more before departure may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 120 days before departure may receive no refund.

 

3. Cancellation by Anarchel Travel

If Anarchel Travel cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as operational issues or minimum group size not met), customers will receive:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to reschedule or receive travel credit

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Visa fees

  • Travel insurance

  • Booking or service fees

  • Third-party charges already incurred

 

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Bank or payment processor delays are outside our control.

 

6. Amendments & Changes

Changes to bookings (dates, names, services) may incur amendment fees and price differences. These fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Force Majeure

Anarchel Travel is not responsible for refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Airline strikes or closures

Refunds in such cases depend on supplier policies.

 

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Anarchel Travel directly before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
